Fixed a multiplayer issue where losing a sentry due to changing gear could remove someone else's sentry
Fixed Bone Helm having an incorrect offset on the minimap in reverse gravity
Adjusted Meat Grinder's tile position to be more evenly positioned and have less dead space
North Pole base damage increased from 73 to 80 in light of the previous adjustments in 1.4.4.8
