What to do
It's usually food poisoning (rotten or raw food, tainted water) or rotting corpses nearby: get away from the cause, rest, eat and drink clean, and it passes. If it started after a zombie bite, scratch or laceration, it may be the infection, and that has no cure in vanilla.
