What to do
Take off gear that's uncomfortable to wear (a lot of armor and protective clothing is) when you don't need it, get dry, and warm up or cool down. Sleeping on the floor or dragging a corpse also adds to it, and if it lasts it stresses you out. Desensitized characters don't mind uncomfortable clothing, but everything else still gets to them.
