Usually the last Workbench upgrade, made of Iron, Finewood and Mountain Obsidian; it needs a Forge nearby to build and hangs on a wall (it can't sit on the floor). Within 5 m of the Workbench it adds one level; with the other three it completes level 5, needed for the top upgrade tiers of Workbench gear.
