Tips

Offer Dragon Eggs at her altar in the Mountains. They are heavy: a Megingjord helps, and you can set them on the altar beforehand.
She's immune to frost, so leave the Frostner home. Her aura freezes you even outside the Mountains, so dress for the cold.
Shoot her while she flies: Needle Arrows beat Obsidian, which beat Fire. Hide from her ice barrage behind terrain or a raised earth pillar.
Clear Drakes and Stone Golems around the altar and fight by day: at night starred Wolves and Fenrings may join in.
