Recycling

Recycler	Gives
Red (Power Plant) 75%	Metal Fragments× 37 + 50% Gun Powder× 22 + 50% Low Grade Fuel× 11 + 25%
Green, powered 60%	Metal Fragments× 30 Gun Powder× 18 Low Grade Fuel× 9
Green 50%	Metal Fragments× 25 Gun Powder× 15 Low Grade Fuel× 7 + 50%
Yellow (safe zone) 40%	Metal Fragments× 20 Gun Powder× 12 Low Grade Fuel× 6

“+ 50%” is the chance of getting one more. For an item at full condition: a worn one gives less. The green recycler gives more while the monument's power grid is on, and the red one only works with it.
