Recycling

Recycler	Gives
Red (Power Plant) 75%	Gun Powder× 22 + 50% Cloth× 3 + 75% Metal Fragments× 7 + 50% Low Grade Fuel× 15
Green, powered 60%	Gun Powder× 18 Cloth× 3 Metal Fragments× 6 Low Grade Fuel× 12
Green 50%	Gun Powder× 15 Cloth× 2 + 50% Metal Fragments× 5 Low Grade Fuel× 10
Yellow (safe zone) 40%	Gun Powder× 12 Cloth× 2 Metal Fragments× 4 Low Grade Fuel× 8

“+ 50%” is the chance of getting one more. For an item at full condition: a worn one gives less. The green recycler gives more while the monument's power grid is on, and the red one only works with it.
