Recycling

Recycler	Gives
Red (Power Plant) 75%	Empty Propane Tank75% chance Metal Fragments× 11 + 25% Cloth× 7 + 50%
Green, powered 60%	Empty Propane Tank60% chance Metal Fragments× 9 Cloth× 6
Green 50%	Empty Propane Tank50% chance Metal Fragments× 7 + 50% Cloth× 5
Yellow (safe zone) 40%	Empty Propane Tank40% chance Metal Fragments× 6 Cloth× 4

“+ 50%” is the chance of getting one more. For an item at full condition: a worn one gives less. The green recycler gives more while the monument's power grid is on, and the red one only works with it.
