Recycling

Recycler	Gives
Red (Power Plant) 75%	Metal Fragments× 375 High Quality Metal× 15 Basic Blueprint Fragment× 3 + 75%
Green, powered 60%	Metal Fragments× 300 High Quality Metal× 12 Basic Blueprint Fragment× 3
Green 50%	Metal Fragments× 250 High Quality Metal× 10 Basic Blueprint Fragment× 2 + 50%
Yellow (safe zone) 40%	Metal Fragments× 200 High Quality Metal× 8 Basic Blueprint Fragment× 2

“+ 50%” is the chance of getting one more. For an item at full condition: a worn one gives less. The green recycler gives more while the monument's power grid is on, and the red one only works with it.

Repair

At the repair bench, from broken to full.

Each repair takes 20% off max condition
