Puzzle: step by step
The fuse box and its switch are at one end of the terminal and the green door at the other, about 120 m apart. Put a fuse in and flip the switch.to verify
Run to the other end and swipe the green card. There is no timer: you have as long as the fuse lasts (about 3 min 20 s).
Power grid loot room: once the island grid reaches stage 1 (1 Heavy Fuse in the Power Plant), flip the switch next to its door to open it. No card or fuse needed; the button inside opens it from within.
