Put a fuse in the puzzle fuse box and flip the switch right beside it.to verify
The green door is a few meters away, one floor up. Swipe the green card.to verify
Power grid loot room: once the island grid reaches stage 2 (4 Heavy Fuses in the Power Plant), flip the switch next to its door to open it. No card or fuse needed; the button inside opens it from within.
