Puzzle: step by step
Find the two metal sheds under the dishes. The fuse box is in the one without the green door: put a fuse in.
Flip the switch on the outside of that same shed. It powers the green reader while the fuse lasts (about 3 min 20 s).
Walk to the other shed and swipe the green card at its door.
