Green, powered 60%	High Quality Metal× 21 Metal Pipe× 4 + 80% Low Grade Fuel× 60 Empty Propane Tank× 2 + 40%
Green 50%	High Quality Metal× 17 + 50% Metal Pipe× 4 Low Grade Fuel× 50 Empty Propane Tank× 2
Yellow (safe zone) 40%	High Quality Metal× 14 Metal Pipe× 3 + 20% Low Grade Fuel× 40 Empty Propane Tank× 1 + 60%

“+ 50%” is the chance of getting one more. For an item at full condition: a worn one gives less. The green recycler gives more while the monument's power grid is on, and the red one only works with it.

Where to find it

Chance that a crate, NPC or item has at least one. In crates the amount counts all its rolls; for NPCs it is what the slot that gives the most provides. Condition: how worn it comes out.
